LESSONS ON CHANGE AND FRIENDSHIP BUILDING

We all fall into the trap of repeating our mistakes.

Why is it that we all find ourselves in the same situation, time after time,” how did I get here? how come I keep repeating the same mistakes time after time, that I attract the same sort of person into my life, when I was so careful, not to do so”

Well! the answer is that, it is very hard to find out, what the lesson is that we are intended to learn.

Einstien said “insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a differant result”

So what is the lesson?  I hear you ask!

Thats the hard question, it is obviously differant for everbody.

But one thing is fore-certain that we do send out signals that a certain type of person picks up on.

First it is very hard to understand what those signals are. One way is to try to look at yourself in an objective way, imagine you can step outside of yourself, as if you were someone else, then try to look and see if there is anything about that person that you would change if you could.

You might get quite a surprise, you see, for most people this can be quite a challenge, but if they persevere, and practice it whenever they can, they will get to know that there are obvious characteristics that could do with a change.

It is amazing that sometimes something as simple as a change of hairstyle or wearing a different colour, change the shape of your reading glasses.

A tilt of the mouth, just to look like your smiling.

All these things will influence the people you come into contact with.

Also keep in mind that the places you visit will also play a part in the type of person that will come into your life.

Sometimes that will require a new hoppy, something that you have wanted to try (like going to a gallery or joining a study group)

One of the places that is always full of interesting people and it is quite ok to go on your own is the National Art Galleries, they are free, there are relaxing areas, free tours, coffee shops etc.

The papers also have information on free lectures at learning institutions.

It is all up to your own imagination, do the research and reap the rewards, experitment you may be surprised.
